Our Story.

TourConnect was established in 2014. The TourConnect platform streamlines how suppliers and buyers network and process contracts. With 15,000+ tourism businesses on the TourConnect platform, it became clear that our clients also faced major challenges with operational productivity.

TourConnect AI evolved from needs of these customer and was established in 2020. We solve productivity challenges in tourism with the power of AI.

Our team is led by President and Founder, Michael Herrmann. For 20 years, Michael has also owned and led Sydney's iconic bike tour operator, Bonza Bike Tours.

The TourConnect AI team works from hubs in Sydney and Dallas, with remote team members also servicing clients in different time zones globally.
