D. Supported-page and booking-workflow content collected by the Chrome extension and Outlook Add-In

When the extension is used on supported booking-system pages or supported workflow pages, it may collect or access data such as:

  • page URL

  • page title

  • page content or HTML needed to extract workflow context

  • booking references

  • source host and source path details

  • other itinerary or reservation details visible on the supported page and needed to perform the requested workflow

E. TourPlan NX session and authentication data

When the extension is used on supported TourPlan NX pages, it may access session and authentication-related cookie data, including TourPlan NX session cookies and token cookies, in order to:

  • detect whether a valid TourPlan NX session is available

  • synchronize the TourPlan NX workflow with the TourConnect sidebar

  • support booking-reference and session-aware automation requested by the user

F. Browser and extension data

We may collect or store browser and extension-related data such as:

  • extension settings

  • environment settings

  • disclosure and consent status

  • local and session storage values used to run the extension

  • extension version and diagnostic metadata

We do not sell personal data collected through the TourConnect AI Chrome extension or TourConnect AI Outlook Add-In, and we do not use extension-collected user data for unrelated advertising purposes.

A. TourConnect group entities

We may share data within TourConnect and its affiliated operating entities where needed to provide the service, support customers, secure systems, process billing, or manage operations.

Applicable entities include:

  • TourConnect AI / TourConnect / TourConnect LLC

B. Customer-authorized systems and connected services

We may share data with systems, suppliers, booking platforms, and connected services that the customer or user has authorized TourConnect to work with in order to complete the requested workflow.

C. Service providers and subprocessors

We may share data with the named providers that support our operations, including providers for:

  • website hosting and content delivery: Amazon Web Hosting

  • cloud infrastructure, storage, logging, and databases: Tourplan, FareHarbor, Ventrata, Zaui, Xola, PeekPro, Didgigo

  • analytics and diagnostics: LangSmith

  • customer support and ticketing: Intercom

  • email delivery and transactional notifications: Sendgrid

  • AI, model, document, or processing infrastructure: Open AI, Claude

These parties may process personal data and other user data on our behalf under contractual restrictions and confidentiality obligations.

Extension-related local or session storage may remain in the browser until it expires, is overwritten, or is cleared by the user or the extension.

10. Chrome extension disclosure

The TourConnect AI Chrome extension is intended to operate on supported email and booking-system pages in order to provide TourConnect workflows.

When enabled and used on supported pages, the extension may access:

  • email message content and metadata on supported email pages

  • supported-page content, URLs, and booking references on supported booking-system pages

  • attachment download URLs when the user triggers attachment actions

  • TourPlan NX session and authentication cookies on supported TourPlan NX pages

11. Outlook Add-in disclosure

The TourConnect AI Outlook Add-In is intended to operate on supported email and booking-system pages in order to provide TourConnect workflows.

When enabled and used on supported pages, the Add-In may access:

  • email message content and metadata on supported email pages

  • supported-page content, URLs, and booking references on supported booking-system pages

  • attachment download URLs when the user triggers attachment actions

  • TourPlan NX session and authentication cookies on supported TourPlan NX pages

TourConnect services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.
